I’m a leadership coach, workplace culture architect and Lumina Learning practitioner with over a decade of experience helping leaders unlock clarity, build courage, and lead with authenticity.

As a former human resources executive in high-performing, service-driven organizations, I’ve coached dozens of managers—from emerging mid-level leaders to experienced executives—supporting them as they grow with purpose, integrity, and heart.

I believe that stagnation is often rooted in fear—fear of failure, feedback, or simply being seen. I help leaders move through that fear by embracing their full, authentic selves. With deep empathy, honest reflection, and practical strategy, I guide my clients to become the kind of leader others trust, follow, and remember.
