About Me

I discovered yoga in 2005, during college, while learning to navigate anxiety and mental stress. A few years later, I discovered a different kind of calling: supporting people in the workplace through human resources.

I’ve spent the last 13+ years building and leading HR functions in service-driven organizations. I’ve supported leaders through change, helped companies build people-first cultures, and guided teams through all phases of the employee lifecycle.

In 2014, I completed a 200-hour classical yoga teacher training in Philadelphia with Dawn Motherheart, studying the 8-limbs of yoga, including asana, pranayama, meditation, and the philosophy of Patanjali.

From 2016–2025, I paused teaching to raise my children and focus on my HR career, and now I’m returning to yoga with renewed clarity, compassion, and presence.

Whether I’m working with a leadership team or guiding a yoga class, my intention is the same: to help people feel grounded, supported, and empowered to thrive.
